I am always a late shopper when it comes to buying presents, which is probable why my Christmas Gift Guide is being posted so bloody late. It’s taken a lot of preparation but it’s finally here and I can’t wait to share all of the fabulous gifts with you, figuratively speaking.
I’m going to split it into three different categories as originally it was going to be three separate posts: beauty, food & drink and lifestyle (read as:candles).
Christmas isn’t Christmas without some smellies, is it? I get them every year and they always end up being some of my favourite gifts as it’s always something I know I’ll get good use out of.
Burt’s Bees Gift Sets
I’ve never received a Burt’s Bees gift set before but look at how unbelievably cute these are? These two sets (Natures Kiss and Naturally Moisturising) are under £10 and perfect for stocking fillers or secret santa gifts. I really love the subtle Christmas packaging on these too, as it’s not too in your face!
Baylis and Harding Gift Sets
What’s Christmas without some Baylis and Harding goodies? I can guarantee that everything get something from B&H to stock up my collection but I wouldn’t change it for the world – theyre just too good. They even have a range of different brands to suit everyone (I’m not sure how recent this is) including Beauticology and Fuzzy Duck.
This larger Jojoba Silk and Almond giftset form Baylis and Harding is absolutely amazing, look how pretty it is!? It includes a body wash, body lotion, bath crystals, soap and more and is only £12.50 in Superdrug at the moment. GO GO GO!!!
Skin Chemists Gifts
Skin Chemists gifts are definitely one for those who like their high end skincare – however they are well worth it. They’ve recently brought out the new Caviar range, designed to replenish, repair and revive the skin. The Caviar Night Moisturiser is down to £19.99 from £109.00 in a pre-Christmas sale, so if you’re looking for a last minute gift head I’d definitely check it out!
Food & Drink
Hotel Chocolate Sleekster
I love getting chocolate for Christmas, especially if it’s from Hotel Chocolat. They have loads of great gifts for Christmas this year however the best-selling Sleekster is the perfect, affordable gift for a chocolate lover. It didn’t take long after these photos were taken for and my boyfriend to polish of
the chocolates as they were SO GOOD. Definitely, something I’d buy as a gift for myself ;-).
Lily O’Briens Gift Sets
I see Lily O’Briens chocolates (mainly in ASDA) every year but hadn’t actually tried any until now – I was definitely missing out. They definitely have one of the best Christmas ranges with so much chocolate at such an afforable price, including this Luxury Christmas Chocolate Bag for only £11.00. I have saved a couple of the bits out of here to give as gifts, but the peppermint chocolates were amazing and definitely something I’d buy again if I wanted a treat!
Espensen Minis Gift Set
Everyone loves alcohol for Christmas, right? These little mini bottles of Espensen gin and vodka are perfect for someone looking to try something new and different, especially with flavours like
‘rhubarb and custard’. They’re also the perfect size for a grown-up stocking filler or an affordable secret santa.
Baylis and Harding Candle
I know I mentioned Baylis and Harding in the beauty section of this Christmas Gift Guide, but did you know they also do candles too? This Sweet Mandarin and Grapefruit candle is perfect for Christmas, especially with the cute gold tree on top.
James Allen Stud Earrings
Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and I love bling. This pair of stud earrings from James Allen features diamond studded leave which provide an elegant appearance. It’s a design that easily matches any outfit and suitable for everyday wear.
Harry Potter Full Blu-Ray Box Set
I don’t know about you but Christmas is the time to binge your favourite box sets, so as a huge Potter head I couldn’t think of a better gift than Harry Potter: The Complete 8-Film Collection. There is nothing better than cuddling up on the sofa at Chrismas with your family or other half watching your favourite movies, so for me this would be the perfect gift (especially as I lost a couple of the DVD’s when I moved house last!).
The English Soap Company Candle
I’ve mentioned this candle already in my Favourite Christmas Candles blog post, but I wanted to include it in my gift guide too as it’s such a lovely little gift. The Merry Christmas candle is pretty much exactly what you would expect Christmas to smell like and has quickly become a new favourite of mine!
I hope I’ve given you a little Christmas inspiration!
