The city is very accessible through the S-Bahn, which connects to Munich International Airport, or if you are traveling by car, then allow for about an hour’s drive from Frankfurt.

Amsterdam is such a great place for your European road trip. This city has so much to offer travelers with its famous canals and architecture! There are many things in Amsterdam that you must see: Explore the Red Light District, Anne Frank House (if they are available), The Van Gogh Museum, Jordaan neighborhood which is filled with local shops and restaurants; or take one of these picture-perfect canal cruises. 3 Paris, France
Paris is one of the most famous cities in Europe, so it’s a must-see on your European road trip. The city has great things to do and see: Walk along the Seine River towards Notre Dame Cathedral; visit Musee d’Orsay for an impressive collection of art including works by Degas, Monet, Van Gogh, or head over to Louvre Museum (the largest museum complex in Paris) where you will find some incredible exhibits like Venus de Milo or Winged Victory! Another great attraction in Milan is the Castello Sforzesco, a fortress built by Francesco Sforza back in 1450. This castle also houses several museums inside, such as Pinacoteca Ambrosiana that features works from famous painters like da Vinci and Caravaggio. Regarding shopping, head over to Via Montenapoleone, where you will find some of the best designer shops in all of Italy, or if you enjoy outdoor markets, then Piazza del Duomo is home to one of the oldest markets in Milan. Driving to Milan allows for about two hours’ drives from Paris or one hour’s drive from Amsterdam.
5 Aarhus, Denmark
Aarhus is a fantastic place for your European road trip. This city has so many things to do and see: City Hall Square, The Little Mermaid Statue or the ARoS Art Museum, or how about visiting one of these great beaches! Another nice area in Aarhus is “Indre By,” where you will find plenty of shopping opportunities with its market stalls tucked away down cobbled streets; also, take some time out to visit Tivoli Friheden, which used to be an amusement park but now holds concerts throughout the summer season. And don’t forget that it’s straightforward getting around this beautiful city – follow signs towards Copenhagen (Denmark) since they are only an hour apart by car.
