Reverse Bucket List

I've always loved the idea of a reverse bucket list and as I am feeling as though there's so much more I want to do in life at the moment, I thought it would be the perfect time to write my reverse bucket list to see what I have already ticked off.

For those of you that don't know, a reverse bucket list is all of the things you've already ticked off your list! Warning quite a lot of these will be America based...

  • Watch the sunset on the beach
  • Visit LA and Hollywood
  • Travel to Mexico (it was only for 24 hours, but I did it!)
  • Travel/fly solo
  • Live in a foreign country
  • Work in a Zoo (Although it wasn't with the penguins, it was the penguin gift shop...)
  • Fall in love
  • Get paid to write
  • Live in a major city (for me it was London)
  • Graduate from University
  • Move out
  • Go pumpkin picking in New England
  • Get a job in the subject I studied at University
  • Pull an all nighter (this was on my bucket list but became a regular occurrence at University)
  • Go on a romantic holiday to Venice
  • Get a promotion within a year of working somewhere
  • Get a press pass for an event
  • Get a photo next to the Beverly Hills sign
  • Spend the day at Laguna Beach
  • Kiss in the rain
  • Donate blood
  • Meet the Queen
  • Receive an award (I have a Princess Diana Award!)
  • Watch a show in the West End (I've seen quite a few now including Hairspray, Phantom of the Opera, Woman in Black, Loserville and Fatal Attraction)
  • Go for Afternoon Tea
  • Start a blog
  • Have my own pet (Dexter is literally the best thing ever)
I know these might not be the most exciting of things, but I am definitely glad I have got to experience them! I'm going to be doing a bucket list soon, which I imagine will be something I will endlessly be added too, especially as my travel dreams are quite extraordinary.

What's on your reverse bucket list?

Lots of love,

  1. Ahh, this is such a great idea - I've always wanted to write an actual bucket list of my own, but I can only think of things that I've already done so a reverse bucket list is definitely on the agenda for me. A weird one for me that's on my reverse bucket list is spend a night in a hospital. I always had a really weird thing about wanting to stay in a hospital, but now I've done it once I don't ever wanna do it again!
